Job Title: Data Architect (Advanced)Location: Tallahassee, FL (100% Remote)Duration: 12+ MonthsJob Description:Lead the design, configuration, and governance of enterprise ALM tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) ensuring alignment with SDLC and ITSM processes.Define and maintain ALM standards including workflows, schemes, permissions, integrations, and platform architecture.Act as the primary escalation point for ALM platform issues related to performance, scalability, and integrations.Support Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) by reviewing test strategies, ensuring requirements traceability, and validating non-functional requirements.Establish configuration management standards and review System Design Documents (SDDs) and Implementation Plans for completeness and alignment.Lead Jira data management including bulk data loads, validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end lifecycle tracking of requirements and user stories.Drive requirements management processes and maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) across all SDLC phases.Support and enhance ITSM processes using ServiceNow and Jira, including incident, problem, change, release, and service request workflows.Design and maintain dashboards and reports providing insights into SDLC progress, quality metrics, defect trends, and release readiness.Bring 10+ years of ALM experience with strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, ITIL/Agile methodologies, along with excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
