Senior Salesforce Administrator (REMOTE)

Job SummaryThe Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as the primary owner of the Salesforce platform supporting 100+ users globally. This role will act as the sole internal Salesforce admin, responsible for day-to-day support, user enablement, system optimization, and partnering cross-functionally across the business. The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable owning the platform end-to-end.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary Salesforce Administrator, owning platform support and ongoing enhancements.Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting issues and improving user experience.Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and IT.Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Manage and improve data quality, including deduplication and data governance.Oversee and optimize opportunity pipeline visibility and reporting.Design and implement automation (Flows) to improve business processes.Support user onboarding, training, and adoption of Salesforce best practices.Collaborate with and manage third-party Salesforce partners/consultants as needed.Support the design and implementations of integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems ensuring accurate data flow and mapping.QualificationsRequired5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experienceStrong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configurationExperience as a sole or lead Salesforce Admin supporting 50–100+ usersProven ability to support end users and drive adoptionExperience working cross-functionally with multiple business unitsExperience working alongside or integrating with an ERP systemStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work EST hoursSalesforce Certified Platform AdministratorDesiredExperience with solution design or Salesforce roadmap planningExperience with Data Cloud or AgentforceManufacturing, B2B, or Food & Beverage industry experienceWorking knowledge of SQL, Optiva, and GridMateWorking ConditionsRemote roleOccasional travel (including international) for sales meetings
