Coach Specialists of Texas/The Sprinter Center is a leader in the RV, Commercial and Specialty Collision Repair business. This includes RVs, high top delivery vans, commercial vehicles, limousines, party buses, food trucks, toy haulers, etc. If it is outside the scope of a traditional body shop, we have probably repaired it. We are a well-established, high volume, collision MSO with plans to GROW.
We are seeking highly-qualified EXPERIENCED COLLISION TECHNICIANS. They will contribute to the team to meet the demand of our quickly growing RV, high-roof van, and commercial collision business as well as other collision repair needs at our Mansfield, TX location.

Qualified candidates meet the following criteria:
Minimum 4 years experience as a collision repair technician-Required
ICAR Welding Certification-Preferred
Experience with Car-o-Liner measuring systems and racks- Preferred
Aluminum Certification and Experience- Preferred
Heavy Structural Collision and Frame Experience-Required
ASE Certifications-Plus
Positive attitude, integrity, and a long-term vision - Required
Responsibilities:
Review each repair order, work order, and estimator’s notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle.
Communicating with service advisors/estimators when more information is needed or problems arise.
Knowledge of the manufacturer’s and technical repair process.
Perform all repair procedures according to factory specifications and company policy.
Work with apprentice or lesser skilled technicians in developing repair skills.
Perform pre-delivery inspections to insure that the final work meets quality standards
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
