Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The responsibilities include developing and maintaining strategic accounts, monitoring contract deliverables, identifying client needs, and offering tailored product and service recommendations. The role will also involve analyzing reports, building proposals, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. Qualifications Strong client relationship management, customer service, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in contract management, account strategy, and business developmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze data, prepare reports, and develop actionable insightsProficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant business management softwareBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferredUnderstanding of government operations or experience working with federal agencies is an advantageProven ability to work remotely and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
