Leveraging extensive industry experience, our coordinators serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, driving operational efficiency through meticulous document preparation and rigorous deadline management. By streamlining workflows and ensuring the integrity of every file, you will enable agents and clients to navigate the closing process with confidence, ultimately securing the timely and accurate completion of all commission processing.Please Note - This position will require you to be in the local office 2x per monthAt Compass You WillHandle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirementsProcess commission payments to agents, while tracking referral payments and agent deductionsNavigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission recordsProvide support to agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, commission calculations, and compliance requirementsWork closely with the Accounting team to review and audit commission records and respond to inquiries impacting the monthly financial statement closeCollaborate with sales managers, support teams, and the Product & Engineering Team to build a better real estate transaction systemWhat We're Looking ForTexas Real Estate License Required5+ years of real estate activity in this marketStrong knowledge of real estate laws in Texas and familiarity with standard real estate formsIn-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transaction Coordination and Compliance (DocuSign, Google Suite, CTM)Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to maintain strict confidentiality of agent's contract data and digest detailed contractsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service-oriented personalityStrong quantitative and problem-solving skills with impeccable attention to detailB.A. or B.S. degree preferredCompensationThe base pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location.
