Senior Accountant in CPA firm

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our medium-sized CPA firm, specializing in comprehensive accounting services for small business clients. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in client management, tax preparation, payroll processing, and sales tax reporting and will bring strong problem-solving and communication skills to support our team of 4-10 accounting professionals. ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and provide expert accounting supportPrepare and file tax returns for corporate and individual clientsMonitor compliance with financial regulations and standardsReconcile accounts accurately and timelyProcess payroll and sale tax ensuring accuracy and compliance Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in accountingProficiency in QuickBooks and ExcelStrong communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of payroll processing and sales taxExperience preparing tax returns for corporations and individuals Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceCompany DescriptionWe offer training programs to enhance your skills in addition to performance-based compensation including salary and bonuses.
