Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, offering the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with clients, delivering tailored packaging solutions, building relationships, and developing new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves tracking sales metrics and contributing to team goals, while staying informed about industry trends. Qualifications Experience in sales, relationship management, and customer serviceStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in market research and lead generationCapable of using CRM tools and managing client databasesSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid settingExperience in packaging or related industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
