About The RoleWhite Oaks Crossing located in White Oaks, MO is looking for a part-time, friendly, reliable Clubhouse Attendant to help keep our clubhouse and pool area welcoming, clean, and enjoyable for residents and guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, being outdoors, and taking pride in maintaining a great community space.What You’ll DoGreet residents and guests, answer phones, and assist with basic requestsKeep the pool and spa clean and maintain the surrounding pool areaWater flowers, maintain flower containers, and care for the clubhouse gardenMonitor the pool area during the summer and help enforce pool rulesPerform light maintenance and clerical tasksPerform light janitorial duties inside the clubhouseParticipate in community events and social activitiesComplete other tasks as assignedWhat We’re Looking ForAbility to perform all essential duties safely and effectivelyBasic reading, writing, and communication skillsAbility to do simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)Common‑sense problem‑solving skillsGeneral computer skills for simple online tasksComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditionsAble to lift 10–25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionallyPhysically able to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, and be active throughout the shiftWork EnvironmentThis job involves regular outdoor work and exposure to weather, noise, and occasional contact with chemicals used for pool maintenance.
