You will mainly assist with indirect patient care ordering transcription, documentation, and assisting with the reinforcement of patient and family education. Collaborates with other team members to perform other unit services as directed. The Touchpoint Senior Living home office is located at 9894 E. 121st Street in Fishers, IN.Exceptional Skills and QualificationsGraduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
