Material Handler

*Schedule: * M-F 5am-1pm *Job Summary: * Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and moving materials within warehouses or manufacturing facilities, using equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining accurate inventory records and following OSHA safety standards. *Responsibilities: * * Loading & Unloading: Move freight from trucks to docks; verify packing slips and inspect materials. * Material Movement: Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks. * Inventory Management: Use RF scanners or WMS/ERP systems to track item locations, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies. * Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials for damage or defects and report issues. * Staging & Packaging: Prepare orders for shipment, label goods, and load outbound trucks. * Documentation: Complete logs, shipping orders, and inventory records. * Safety Compliance: Follow OSHA protocols, perform equipment inspections, and maintain clean work areas. *Qualifications:* * Experienced forklift operator * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. * Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse best practices. #LSM125 Pay: $17.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
