Salary Range: $22.00-$25.00/hr DOE
Shift:
Wednesday-Saturday, 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM (Wednesdays from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM)

Our goal is to lead as a top rated and effective short-term residential program for adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, maladaptive behaviors, attachment, and mental health. Responsibilities:
The Residential Manager is a core member of the Treatment Team. The mission of the Residential Manager is to ensure safety through adherence to all Policies and Procedures, and to support clients in all aspects of daily life, ensuring their needs are met. The Residential Manager is responsible for aligning with the Program Director in establishing and maintaining a positive staff culture at Embark. This position will be expected to develop their shift team to run their shift smoothly.
Culture/Employee
Achieve alignment with Program Director on initiatives and goals for the Residential Program.
Integrate Embark at Marion culture, norms, and sustainable systems and processes for the long-haul.
Facilitates the team to find practical solutions to problems.
Encourages our staff to provide consistency to our clients.
Implement and facilitate State required trainings.
Collaborate with various work groups.
Qualifications:
What do you bring to this position?
21+ years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D required; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement!
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen in concordance with Montana state laws
Ability to pass federal and state background checks
Current Montana driver's license or ability to obtain a Montana driver’s license upon hire
Ability to perform CPR and First Aid
Ability to apply provided training in safe verbal de-escalation and physical intervention with an upset or combative client
Preferred - one year of experience working with adolescent populations
Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to program or daily adjustments
