Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Entry Level Loan Officer located in Phoenix, AZ. The Entry Level Loan Officer will assist clients in navigating the mortgage loan process, focusing on loan origination, underwriting, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating financial information, communicating with clients to understand their needs, guiding them through loan options, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Qualifications Knowledge of loan origination and underwriting processesUnderstanding of finance principles related to mortgage lendingExceptional customer service skills and ability to build strong client relationshipsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in using loan processing software or related tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required
