This role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across accounting, finance, HR, IT, legal, marketing, security, strategy, and related business functions. The ideal candidate is a strategic recruiter with strong sourcing and relationship-building skills who can deliver a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience while partnering closely with leadership teams to drive hiring initiatives.Job Duties:Manage full lifecycle recruiting for corporate function roles from sourcing through offer stagePartner with HR teams and hiring leaders to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plansSource, screen, and evaluate qualified internal and external candidates for a variety of corporate positionsProvide labor market insights including talent availability, compensation trends, and market feedbackDeliver a high-touch, “white glove” candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring processDevelop and execute recruiting strategies that support diversity and inclusion initiativesPromote company culture and employer brand to prospective candidatesRepresent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and recruiting activitiesEnsure compliance with OFCCP, EEOC, and internal recruitment policies and proceduresManage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organization and urgencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred7+ years of full-cycle in-house corporate recruiting experience requiredManufacturing industry recruiting experience preferredStrong sourcing and headhunting experience requiredExperience recruiting for corporate roles ranging from entry-level through Senior Director levelExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner with executive leadershipStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyExperience with Workday Recruiting and Beamery preferredAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environmentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex,
