Overview:We are looking for an innovative and dedicated Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys a flexible remote position that gives invaluable experience across multiple assignments and industries. This is an hourly, assignment based, flex position.Location: RemoteResponsibilities:Conduct pre-hire checks, schedule interviews as needed, and inputting requisition data in system and job ads on job boardsTrack and monitor confidential candidate informationMaintain accurate candidate records and ensure applicant information and data tracking is up to dateCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process (i.e., interview reminders and logistics, post-hire/pre-start engagement)Assist recruiters as needed with job requisition maintenance to internal / external sites, screening, reference calls, assessments, or other recruiting tasksMaintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction. Constantly accessing our candidate experience and identifying areas of improvementBuild a relationship with the Talent Acquisition team supporting the client and participate in regularly scheduled calls regarding staffing activityPerform additional responsibilities as requiredQualifications:Minimum of 1 year of experience scheduling and screening a high-volume number of applicantsAbility to multi-task in a high-volume, fast paced environmentAbility to work from a home office during standard Monday through Friday business timesDetail oriented and highly organizedSelf-motivated and passionate about talent acquisitionStrong communication skills both verbal and written with internal and external contactsAccustomed to working with varying leadership levels through the Executive LevelMust be flexible to work with a new clientSalary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.Benefits and Well-Being:Employees and their eligible dependents are offered Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and short term disability, in addition to other programs, as well as up to 10 days Paid Time Off per year.
