Marketing Operations Specialist, HubSpot
Job Description: Collaborate with the sales team to improve sales productivity, including configuring automation workflows, sales sequences, and performance tracking.Assist the sales team with tool troubleshooting and insights to drive performance.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute integrated processes that align sales and marketing around lead generation and conversion.Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance.Maintain pristine CRM data by managing duplicate contact and company records, blocking spam domains from form submissions, and enforcing standards that protect database integrity and email deliverability.Regularly audit active workflows to identify errors, stale automations, and broken logic. Ensure all automations remain aligned with current business processes, team structure, and referenced assets.Manage round robin lead assignment workflows, ensuring rotations stay accurate as team members are added, removed, or change roles.Set up, configure, and maintain marketing campaigns, including emails, workflows, and automation sequences.
