Computed Tomography (CT Tech) Shift: Monday - Thursday 7:30 pm - 6:00 am (1 position) Monday - Friday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am (1 position) Job Responsibilities: The Computed Tomography (C.T.) A technologist is a highly skilled professional who uses specialized computerized X-ray equipment to produce cross-sectional images of the human anatomy which aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide variety of diseases and disorders. Qualifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (R) and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (CT) Medical Radiologic Technologists (MRT) state licensure Basic Life Support (BLS) required 1 year of recent acute care experience as a CT Tech preferred Additional Information: The CT tech would be working on Client scanners. We use Meditech and Client PACS for charging and verifying exams. During the 16-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, there is a fairly wide range of how many exams can be done between those hours, but it is roughly 50-60 exams (not patients). One patient can have 3 or 4 exams ordered on them at one time.
