Technical Program Manager

Description: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the coordinated execution of Phase 1 of a multi-phase Agent Portal transformation.The program will establish the portal’s foundational framework and deliver its initial minimum viable product capabilities, including the portal shell, navigation, authentication, notifications, personalization, micro-frontend architecture, customer and policy experiences, task visibility, reporting capabilities, security controls, integrations, and foundational data services.ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Program Manager will serve as the primary connection point among business leaders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, data and integration teams, testing resources, external delivery partners, and executive stakeholders.This individual will own the integrated program plan, coordinate technical dependencies, facilitate decisions, manage risks and scope, and drive the program from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.RequirementsIT Program Management, Cloud, DevOps, Terraform, ArchitectureThis position requires a resource who can operate comfortably at both the program and technical levels.
