Perm - RN - Med Surg

Position Overview The Hospital is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for Medical/Surgical units on a full-time or part-time permanent basis. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $32.73 – $49.09 $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Shift Differentials: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM: +$5.00/hr 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM: +$7.50/hr Weekend Differential: +$7.50/hr (every 3rd weekend) Weekend Package Option: 5N Med/Surg, Days (7a–7p), 72 hours Work 4 consecutive weekends, every 5th weekend off 50% weekend differential Comprehensive benefits: PTO, 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, paid holidays, disability coverage, tuition reimbursement, Daily Pay, parental & adoption assistance, and more. Schedule Options Full-Time: Days (7a–7p) or Nights (7p–7a); holidays & every 3rd weekend rotation Part-Time: Days or Nights; holiday & weekend rotation Shift Type: Varied On-Call: None Units Available Medical Floor (23 beds): Diverse patient population including post-cardiac cath, stroke, CHF, COVID, pneumonia, dialysis (CAPD on unit), and more. Fast-paced, supportive team with continuous learning. Med/Surg (20 beds): Adult patients recovering from surgery and acute medical conditions; primary focus on general surgery and total joint replacements (hip/knee).
