With yearly bookings exceeding $40M, we are growing and adding to our sales leadership team.The RoleThis is a hands-on sales leadership position for someone who can both think strategically and execute daily. You will own the full sales operation, from pipeline strategy to team performance to cross-departmental coordination. You will be measured on results, not activity. We need someone who is in the details, holds the team accountable, and brings the discipline and energy our growth demands.What You'll OwnTeam Leadership & Performance: Manage and develop Dyco's Direct Sales Team and Application Engineering/Quotation Specialists across local, remote, and hybrid environments. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and hold the team accountable to outcomes. Know what every team member is working on day to day — and keep priorities sharp.Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain full visibility into all significant opportunities across the pipeline — from prospect to post-award. Work with staff to prioritize resourcing across design, manufacturing, and installation phases. Balance customer needs against the most strategically attractive Dyco opportunities.Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies for winning projects in a complex, engineered-solutions sales environment. Drive demand generation, lead qualification, and sales enablement in partnership with marketing. Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring Application Engineering and Quotation teams are aligned and responsive.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate actively with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and Installation. Participate in inter-departmental and strategic management meetings. Make decisions with the broad success of Dyco in mind — not just sales numbers.What We're Looking ForMust-Haves: Strong sales management discipline — you know where every deal stands at all times. Experience managing remote and hybrid sales teams. Direct communicator who gives clear, timely feedback and doesn't shy away from difficult conversations. Self-driven with strong time management — you don't need to be managed. Comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational level.Nice-to-Haves: Experience in industrial equipment, material handling, packaging, or adjacent manufacturing sectors. Familiarity with Application Engineering or technical quotation processes. Experience selling capital equipment or integrated systems with long sales cycles. Position is based at Dyco headquarters in Bloomsburg, PA.$2,000 Sign-On Bonus — $500 paid at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months for employees in good standing.Year-End Bonus: Dyco has paid a company-wide year-end bonus every year for the past five consecutive years, averaging over 6% of annual earnings, rewarding team performance and sharing in the company's success.Cost-of-Living Adjustments: Dyco has issued annual cost-of-living increases every year. For the past five years these adjustments compound to an over 25% cumulative wage increase across that period, ensuring your earnings keep pace with inflation and preserve your purchasing power. These COLA adjustments are made separately from and in addition to any merit or performance-based increases earned during the same period.401(k) Match: Dyco matches 401(k) contributions at 25% of employee contributions, up to the maximum allowable limit set by federal law helping you build long-term financial security.
