Controller / Director of Finance | South Coast MetroThis is not a typical Controller role.We’re partnering with a well-established wholesale company in the South Coast Metro area that is looking for a true finance partner to the CEO. Someone who can bring clarity to the numbers, build out KPIs, improve forecasting, and help guide the business forward.The company is stable, team-oriented, and highly relationship-driven. This role offers real visibility and the opportunity to influence decisions at the leadership level.What you’ll be doing:• Own the full finance function including reporting, cash flow, and close• Partner directly with the CEO on business performance and strategy• Build and track KPIs to drive better decision-making• Lead and mentor a small accounting team• Improve processes and bring more structure to the finance functionWhat we’re looking for:• Controller or Director of Finance experience• Strong financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering skills• Experience in product-based, wholesale, or distribution environments preferred• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically• High EQ, executive presence, and strong communication skillsCompensation: $165,000 to $180,000 baseLocation: South Coast Metro (fully onsite)If you’re looking for a role where you can have a real seat at the table and make an impact, let’s connect.Message me directly or apply here.
