Growing together.As a Python Developer you will be building scalable applications, working with MSSQL databases, and implementing AI-based features such as chat and smart search.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop backend applications using PythonBuild and maintain APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or FlaskWork with MSSQL database, write queries and stored proceduresOptimize database performance and fix slow queriesImplement AI features like chat, question answering, and summarizationWork on vector-based search systems using embeddingsHandle data processing and large datasetsDebug issues and improve system performanceCollaborate with team members and follow good coding practicesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovationYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience with Python 3+ years of SQL and MYSQL2+ years of experience with APIExperience with AI features and workflowsPreferred QualificationsExperience with DockerBasic knowledge of cloud platformsUnderstanding of modern backend architecturesPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
