Responsibilities Develop and coordinate facility layouts. Act as a general contractor for new facility launches. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines. Identify, elevate, and mitigate risks. Apply lean principles and visual management systems. Develop and execute quality and process audits. Develop and implement inventory management systems. Skills / Behaviors Required In-Depth knowledge of the business and systems. Grounded deep in lean principles. Ability to lead change. Excellent communication skills. Ability to see risk and bring it forward. Ability to mitigate risk. Education Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Business Degree preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office. Additional Requirements Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a 'Driver' as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Travel Required.
