Job DescriptionLABORER SUBSTITUTESALARY: $16.00/hour.HOURS: VARIESDESCRIPTION / QUALIFICATIONS:Must be fingerprinted through the NYS Department of Education (required for new employees) - fingerprint procedureAbility to communicate effectively/cooperatively with others/Team playerPunctual/good work ethic Typical work activities:Cleans and services buildings by sweeping, mopping offices, classrooms, bathrooms, etc.Waxes and buffs floorsPerforms minor maintenance on building fixtures and equipmentPicks up and disposes of trashAssists with outside work such as sweeping, shoveling snow, etc.Loads and unloads trucksAbility to left medium weights.
