Experienced Electrical Estimator

The ideal candidate will also possess exceptional marketing and communication skills to effectively present our services and build strong relationships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.Analyze project specifications, drawings, and blueprints to determine the scope of work and required resources.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and comprehensive project bids.Present and explain estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and schedules.Utilize marketing skills to effectively promote our services and secure new business opportunities.Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications3 - 5 years of experience in electrical estimating preferred.Experience with Accubid Anywhere or previous versions.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in estimating software and tools.Exceptional marketing and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects.How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and skills to employment@livesystemsllc.com.Live Systems, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.About Live Systems, LLCLive Systems, LLC. is a Commercial/Industrial/Residential Electrical Contracting Company based in the Denton, Tx. area.
