The ideal candidate will have extensive experience testing enterprise-grade applications, especially around decisioning, personalization, and customer engagement platforms.This role involves close collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders, business teams, developers, and architects to ensure high-quality delivery of Pega CDH solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end testing activities for Pega CDH implementationsDesign and execute test strategies, test plans, and test casesValidate decision strategies, NBA/NBO logic, propositions, and customer journeysPerform functional, integration, regression, system, and UAT testingTest adaptive models, arbitration logic, and real-time interactionsCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams for requirement validationSupport defect management, root cause analysis, and quality improvementsEnsure quality standards, compliance, and data accuracy are maintainedParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and QA governance activitiesRequired Skills8–10+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA2–5 years of hands-on experience with Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub)Strong experience in decisioning, personalization, and marketing automation testingExperience testing business rules, decision strategies, and customer journeysGood understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGerman language proficiency – C1 / Native levelEnglish language proficiency – C1 levelNice to HaveExperience with Agile / Scrum methodologiesExposure to Banking, Insurance, or enterprise environmentsKnowledge of Pega testing tools and integrationsExperience in test automationISTQB Certification or equivalent
