HVAC Technician III Journeyman

HVAC TechnicianABM Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. This position involves both independent and collaborative work to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial heating, cooling, and some refrigeration equipment. The role requires membership in Steamfitters Local 449, or the willingness to join.Responsibilities:Perform cleaning, adjustment, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and refrigeration)Diagnose and troubleshoot systems including rooftops, boilers, pumps, and split systemsConduct preventive maintenance including coil cleaning, air handler maintenance, and replacing belts/filtersInstall, repair, or adjust ductwork and air ventsMaintain clean and clear condensation drain linesExecute emergency repairs efficiently and effectivelyMaintain accurate service records, logs, and documentationManage and care for company-provided service vehicleEnsure all work complies with safety regulations and appliance standardsABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.
