Lead Dotnet Developer

Must have: A hands-on AWS + .NET Technical Lead who combines strong engineering skills with architecture, critical thinking, communication, and business problem-solving abilities.

Job Description: We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong .NET/C# and AWS experience to design scalable cloud solutions, lead technical discussions, and guide development teams while remaining hands-on.

Required Skills: Strong experience with AWS and AWS-based cloud architecture. Strong .NET / C# development experience. Understanding of event-driven architecture and eventing concepts. Experience with messaging and queueing systems such as AWS SQS, MQ, or similar. Strong understanding of NoSQL/non-relational database concepts. Experience with AWS ECS and containerized environments. Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in AWS environments. Strong system design, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills. Experience with Golang (Go) is a plus. Experience with AWS EventBridge .

Responsibilities: Lead technical design and architectural decisions. Design scalable AWS/.NET solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead discussions around event-driven architecture, messaging, NoSQL, and cloud services. Guide development teams on coding, architecture, and engineering best practices. Analyze existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define effective solutions. Challenge assumptions and provide practical technical recommendations. Mentor developers while remaining hands-on with development and design.
