We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Administrator to support financing operations for a luxury retail organization. This role is responsible for managing loan documentation, processing customer financing applications, coordinating approvals, maintaining compliance standards, and ensuring a high-end client experience throughout the financing process.The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer lending, retail financing, banking operations, or luxury goods environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and review customer financing and loan applications for luxury retail purchasesVerify financial documentation, credit information, and supporting recordsCoordinate with lenders, banks, and internal sales teams to ensure timely approvals and fundingMaintain accurate loan files and customer records in accordance with compliance standardsMonitor loan statuses, payment schedules, and funding timelinesAssist customers with financing questions and provide white-glove customer serviceEnsure all documentation complies with company policies and lending regulationsPrepare reports related to financing activity, approvals, denials, and outstanding itemsSupport month-end reconciliation and audit preparation activitiesCommunicate with internal departments including sales, accounting, and operations• At least 5 years of experience in lease administration, real estate administration, contract administration, or a closely related function, including leadership responsibility.• Background in corporate real estate, lease accounting, contract management, or commercial agreement oversight within a multi-location environment.• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in real estate, business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex agreement terms and assess financial impact.• Proven ability to manage competing deadlines, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy in detailed documentation.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across internal teams and external business contacts.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with experience using lease administration, accounting, or financial systems.• Demonstrated ability to train, guide, and support staff while promoting organized, efficient, and consistent work practices.QualificationsRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
