Job DescriptionStarting pay: $25.00 USDJob SummarySupervises the operation of one or more table games on an assigned shift while placing special emphasis on guest service, enhancing the guest experience, and engaging in service recovery. Perpetuates employee motivation utilizing positive recognition and corrective coaching.Responsibilities Safeguard company assets located in work area. Enforce rules and regulations of the casino for pit games Respond to guest disputes arising in pit games Direct assignment of pit personnel Maintain proper table inventories through fills and credits Issue playing cards and dice, and review them for irregularities at the beginning of the shift Adhere to regulation Title 31 Offer to create a club card for the guests Promote upcoming events Safeguard company assets located in your area Track Low Limit and High Limit players play Direct assignments for pit personnel in your area Maintain proper table inventory through fills and credits Issue playing cards and dice and keep inventory of them Must learn how to print Markers as well as do a Marker back Exemplifies our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplifies our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Perform other job related duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum of 2 years supervisory in pit or dealing Ability to perform intermediate math Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Excellent organizational skills required Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff Knowledge of Casino games and operations High School diploma or equivalent Good working knowledge of computer software to include MS Word, Excel General Office Experience Preferred Certificate/License: Nevada Gaming Work Card Additional RequirementsWork may be performed in an area, which may be unusually noisy and crowdedMobility to include bending, reaching, prolonged standing and walking, accessing and lifting items from floor level to six feet highNormal sense of smell, touch, sound and vision range Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity Work area is subject to variable temperaturesMay be subject to smoking environment and moderate noiseGUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service.PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests.
