We foster a fun, energetic environment and are committed to maintaining a positive and engaging workplace culture.Job Summary:The Administrative Assistant/Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents and guests, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Club. This role is responsible for managing front desk activities, assisting with registrations and inquiries, providing high-level administrative support across multiple functional areas of the association, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment.Duties and Responsibilities:Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional mannerCheck residents and guests into the system and process applicable feesAssist with program registrations, reservations, and payment transactionsProvide information and guidance to new residents regarding paperwork and facility accessMaintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk and common areasAnswer phone calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages to appropriate staffProcess sales and ensure merchandise and supplies are adequately stockedSort and distribute incoming mail and deliveriesComplete opening and closing checklists to ensure operational readinessKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentialityStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEducation and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate degree highly preferredPhysical Requirements:Ability to spend prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerProlonged periods of standing, walking, and talkingWork Schedule:This full-time position works weekday and weekend hours and may include holidays.
