Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.This is a seasonal position from May through November, with the potential for continued, year-round employment based on performance and business needs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deep cleaning room as needed Delivers clean linen and supplies to the housekeepers when needed Removes soiled linen and trash from the housekeepers when needed Load supplies for the day Attend line-up each morning to receive room assignments Restock all housekeeping closets on the property with amenities and linens as necessary Golf cart maintenance – make sure that carts are cleaned out at the end of the shift and plugged into the charger to be prepared for the next shift Keep all pantry items in guest rooms stocked and account for all pantry alcohol sales Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards Must maintain regular and consistent attendance Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guestsSupervisory Responsibilities NoneEDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Some cleaning experience preferred Ability to be thorough while cleaning High school diploma or equivalentLanguage Skills Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team membersMathematical Skills Basic knowledge and understanding of mathREASONING ABILITY Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goalsPHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to stand all day Very physical work, constantly moving around and lifting, must be able to get on hands and knees to clean Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle or golf cart Must be able to work around cleaning supplies/chemicalsWORK ENVIRONMENT Working in guest rooms and common areas of the property Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
