Program Manager- E-commerce

Ecommerce Program Manager10+ years of experience in ecommerce program management. Prior experience in managing healthcare programs. Experience in client - clinical practice guidelines. Prior experience in both B2B and B2C. Communicate and coordinate activities with business teams, IT/systems organizations, and other groups involved in a project. Able to quickly learn multiple business processes and systems. Help schedule and prioritize routine maintenance requests across all ecommerce systems. Interface between brand/business teams and development resources to identify, define and document the project lifecycle. Perform risk assessments, and identify and evaluate alternative solutions. Responsible for overall delivery of solutions into production e-commerce environment. Lead cross-functional team of analysts, developers, testers to deliver solutions. Find consensus among various diverse groups to ensure a 360 implementation to projects/releases. Interface with potential and existing vendors to incorporate tasks/integrations needed for projects and releases. Assist in coordination of the acceptance testing effort.
