Job Title: AP CoordinatorJob Overview:Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an AP Coordinator to join our client to support accurate and timely processing of expenses and invoices while maintaining strong internal and external relationships. This role plays a key part in ensuring vendors, clients, and internal teams experience smooth and reliable payment workflows. The AP Coordinator will contribute to operational efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across the organization. This is a direct hire position located in Philadelphia, PA with a hybrid work arrangement after the first 90 days.Compensation:$55,000 to $60,000 per yearWork Schedule:Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities of the AP Coordinator:Support daily accounts payable operations by reviewing, coding, entering, and processing firm and client related invoices with accuracy and attention to detailManage credit card reconciliations and assist with attorney and staff expense reporting to ensure timely reimbursement and proper documentationCoordinate client paid invoices by organizing required materials, sending invoices, and following up to confirm payment statusRespond to vendor inquiries, research discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balances while maintaining positive working relationshipsEnsure adherence to internal policies and client billing guidelines, including issuing rush checks and communicating approval and payment updates across teams Qualifications and Skills for the AP Coordinator:High school diploma or GED required with at least two years of recent accounts payable experienceStrong working knowledge of Excel including data entry, sorting, and basic formattingDemonstrated ability to manage high volume data entry with accuracy and consistencyHighly organized with a process improvement mindset and strong attention to detailComfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders including attorneys, administrative staff, vendors, and clients Why Join Us?This opportunity offers exposure to a collaborative professional services environment where your contributions directly support business operations.
