Speech Language Pathologist Location: Napa, CA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,227 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/6/2026 About the Position Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Inpatient Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid State Licensure required Certifications: Required Must-Have: Charting System Experience with Community Hospital Travel Experience Ability to float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby Description: Provide assessment and treatment for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. Work with patients suffering from hearing impairments, neurological disorders, and other related conditions. Conduct modified barium swallow studies and interpret results. Develop and implement a plan of care that meets the needs of patients. Educate patients and their families on strategies for improving communication and swallowing. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in documentation and adherence to treatment protocols. Commit to maintaining patient confidentiality and complying with all regulations. Ability to work weekends and holidays as required. Adhere to all policies and procedures of the facility. Provide necessary support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the therapy process. Continue professional development and stay informed about best practices in the field.
