Senior Project Manager

We are partnered with a top-tier national general contractor to place a Senior Project Manager in their Austin market. This firm has a strong presence in healthcare and industrial construction and is looking for a proven leader ready to own complex, fast-moving projects from start to finish.ResponsibilitiesFull project ownership from preconstruction through closeout — budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner relations.Lead coordination on healthcare projects requiring ICRA/ILSM compliance and phased construction in occupied facilities.Manage industrial scopes including tilt-wall, structural steel, and heavy MEP in manufacturing or distribution environments.Drive OAC meetings, project reporting, and executive-level client communications.Requirements10+ years of construction PM experience with a focus on healthcare and/or industrial projects.Proven accountability on projects $20M+ with strong budget and schedule management skills.Familiarity with ICRA protocols, Joint Commission requirements, or industrial/tilt-wall construction preferred.Proficient in Procore and P6.
