We are looking for an Agentforce Consultant who can help clients understand, design and implement AI-powered Salesforce solutions that improve how their teams sell, support customers and operate.About the RoleThe Agentforce Consultant will work directly with clients to identify high-value AI use cases, design thoughtful Agentforce solutions and configure Salesforce to support real business outcomes.This person will also play an important internal role at Clarity Consulting. You will help set up and improve our own Salesforce environment, shape the systems we use to run the business and become our resident Agentforce expert. This is not just a delivery role. It is a chance to influence how our company uses Salesforce and AI internally while also leading client-facing projects.This is a great fit for someone who is both technical and consultative. You do not need to be a hardcore developer, but you should be strong in Salesforce configuration, process design, data structure and AI use case discovery.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions to understand client goals, pain points, processes and AI opportunitiesIdentify strong Agentforce use cases across sales, service, operations and customer experienceDesign Salesforce and Agentforce solutions that are useful, secure and scalableConfigure Salesforce features that support Agentforce workflows, prompts, automation and data accessServe as Clarity Consulting’s internal Agentforce expertHelp design, build and improve Clarity Consulting’s own Salesforce orgShape the internal systems, automations, reporting and workflows Clarity uses to run the businessHelp clients clean up data, fields, page layouts, objects and processes so AI can work effectivelyPartner with Salesforce AEs and client stakeholders on demos, solution design and implementation planningDocument requirements, solution designs, decisions and user-facing training materialsSupport testing, rollout, adoption and post-launch optimizationStay current on Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Data Cloud and related Salesforce platform updatesIdeal BackgroundSales Cloud experience and including designing outbound sales processes 3+ years of Salesforce consulting, admin, solution architecture or implementation experienceStrong familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, Salesforce AI tools, prompt design or automationComfortable working with Flow, permission sets, fields, objects, page layouts, reports and dashboardsStrong understanding of CRM data quality and business process designAbility to speak clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong written communication and documentation skillsComfortable working in a fast-moving consulting environmentExcited to both serve clients and help build the internal operating system of a growing consulting companyPreferred Salesforce certifications, especially Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant or AI-related credentialsExperience with Data Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Slack, integrations or API-based systemsExperience building demos or supporting pre-sales conversationsPrior consulting experience with small to mid-market clientsExperience helping companies move from messy manual processes into cleaner Salesforce workflowsExperience setting up or improving Salesforce for a consulting, services or sales-led businessWhat We’re Looking ForWe want someone who is sharp, thoughtful, reliable and genuinely interested in helping clients get real value from Salesforce AI.The right person does not just chase shiny AI features. For the internal work, you will work with the founder and managing partner of the firm.
