The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, experience within financial services technology environments, and a proven ability to identify and attract passive candidates in competitive talent markets.What You Bring7+ years of experience sourcing technology talent3+ years of experience supportingfinancial services, asset management, or FinTechenvironmentsDemonstrated success sourcinghighly technical and niche talentFamiliarity with modern technology ecosystems, including:Cloud platformsData engineering technologiesAnalytics and data platformsStrong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement skillsExperience working withApplicant Tracking Systems (ATS)and maintaining accurate candidate recordsAbility to operate independently in a remote environment while collaborating with hiring teamsWhat You Will DoDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for technology and data roles, including expertise in:Investment & Trading SystemsData Engineering & Data ArchitectureData Science & AnalyticsCloud & DevOpsEnterprise ApplicationsConduct intake meetings with hiring teams to understand technical requirements and business needsIdentify and engage passive candidates usingLinkedIn Recruiter, technical communities, professional networks, and targeted researchPerform initial candidate qualification to assess technical skills, industry experience and role alignmentTrack sourcing activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the ATSPartner with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure strong candidate pipelines for critical technology roles Compensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $32 - $45 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
