Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a dedicated Electronic Lab Technician (Hardware Engineering Lab Technician) to join their dynamic team. As an Electronic Lab Technician, you will be an integral part of the Engineering department supporting innovative research and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and forward-thinking environment.Job Title: Electronic Lab Technician (Hardware Engineering Lab Technician)Location: Santa Clara, CAWhat's the Job?Support daily operations and maintenance of the Multi Business Engineering (MBE) product labs in Santa Clara. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software used by research teams. Document hardware setups, best practices, and manage lab inventory effectively. Assist in troubleshooting hardware components, network issues, and power distribution units (PDUs). Collaborate with remote teams to resolve lab-related technical challenges efficiently. What's Needed?Deep understanding of data center management and hardware troubleshooting. Proficiency in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching. Experience with asset management tools like GLPI and hardware testing procedures. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
