Security Officer

Job Description We are seeking a Security Officer to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons. Position is full time, available shifts are between 6:00am-10:30pm. Compensation is based on experience.Responsibilities:Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rulesThoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and securityWarn violators of premise rules and regulationsExpel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal actsReport any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipesRequest emergency personnel for high risk situations​Qualifications:Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fieldsPreferred Candidate should be familiar with security equipment and monitoring cameras.Ability to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detail
