We specialize in tower construction and maintenance for major wireless providers, utility companies, broadcasters, and government agencies throughout Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. With offices in Ault, CO, and Grand Island, NE, our technicians operate directly from home to job sites using company-provided vehicles—no regular office reporting required.Job OverviewThe successful applicant will participate in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of communication towers, lighting systems, antennas, RF transmission lines, and related equipment. This role is hands-on and physically demanding, requiring a strong work ethic and a willingness to work at heights.This role is a great fit for individuals with backgrounds in:Climbing (e.g., rock climbing)Farming, ranching, or other hands-on outdoor workMechanical tradesWhile these backgrounds are helpful, they are not required.Travel RequirementsPrimarily day travel within assigned territoryOccasional overnight travel (2–5 nights per week, depending on job location)$35/day per diem for overnight staysPosition DetailsJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE). Roughly $70-$130k annually with OT.
