FP&A Manager (Process-Focused)Burr Ridge, IL (Hybrid)We’re partnered with a fast-growing company supporting critical infrastructure and grid modernization initiatives, and they’re looking to add an FP&A Manager to their finance team.This is a highly analytical, high-visibility role focused on owning and improving FP&A processes, with broad exposure across operations, analytics, strategic finance, and M&A initiatives. This is a “manager of process” role, not people, ideal for someone who enjoys building, refining, and scaling finance infrastructure.Highlights:Up to $160K base + bonusHigh-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadershipOwnership of FP&A processes, models, and reporting infrastructureOpportunity to work with Power BI, AI tools, and modern data platformsExposure to M&A, investor materials, and strategic initiativesWhat You’ll Be Doing:Own and improve forecasting models and FP&A processes across the businessDrive budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and board reportingBuild and refine models tied to revenue, margins, utilization, and capital planningAnalyze operational and financial performance to deliver actionable insightsPartner cross-functionally with sales, operations, and leadership teamsLead reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI and related toolsIdentify opportunities for automation and AI-enabled process improvementsSupport M&A analysis, diligence, and strategic finance initiativesWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or similarStrong financial modeling skills with ability to build from scratchAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasetsExperience with Power BI, SQL, NetSuite, or related tools preferredInterest in AI tools, automation, and process improvementStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyIf you enjoy owning and improving finance processes while partnering closely with leadership, this is a strong opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a growing organization.
