iGRC Data & Compliance AnalystOverviewWe are seeking a highly detail-oriented analyst or PM to support the Enterprise Compliance organization in the implementation of an integrated Governance, Risk, and Compliance (iGRC) solution within ServiceNow (SNOW). This role is primarily focused on data entry, data analysis, quality assurance, and fact-checking activities within the iGRC platform. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with iGRC implementations and thrives in a structured, process-driven environment that demands accuracy and thoroughness.Day-to-day, this contractor will report to the Compliance Manager and work closely with control testers and members of the iGRC implementation team.Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & ManagementAccurately enter, update, and maintain iGRC data within ServiceNow, including controls, risks, policies, and related recordsEnsure data integrity and consistency across all iGRC modules in SNOWFollow established data governance standards and naming conventions throughout all entriesData Analysis & Fact-CheckingAnalyze iGRC data to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or anomalies and escalate findings to the Compliance ManagerFact-check control descriptions, risk ratings, policy mappings, and other iGRC content against source documentation and authoritative referencesCross-reference data across multiple sources to validate accuracy prior to finalizationQuality Assurance & Compliance ChecksConduct structured quality checks on iGRC records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and alignment with compliance standardsTrack and document QA findings, flag discrepancies, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to drive resolutionSupport review cycles and approval workflows within SNOW, ensuring records meet defined quality thresholds before progressingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with control testers to ensure testing evidence and results are accurately reflected in SNOWCollaborate with iGRC implementation team members on data migration, configuration validation, and content population activitiesCommunicate status updates, blockers, and quality findings to the Compliance Manager on a daily basisParticipate in team meetings and working sessions; document action items and follow up on open itemsRequired Qualifications2+ years of hands-on experience with iGRC implementations or GRC platform administration (ServiceNow GRC/IRM strongly preferred)Demonstrated experience with data entry, data validation, and quality control activities within a compliance or risk management contextStrong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a low tolerance for data inaccuraciesFamiliarity with GRC concepts including controls, risks, policies, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, NIST, ISO 27001)Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholdersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams); experience using Excel for data analysis and reconciliationStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to concisely document findings and escalate issues appropriatelyPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) or Policy & Compliance Management modulesFamiliarity with control testing methodologies and audit evidence standardsExperience supporting compliance or risk management programs in a large enterprise environmentExposure to data quality frameworks or structured QA processesServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or GRC Implementer certification is a plusKey SkillsExceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyStructured, methodical approach to quality assurance and fact-checkingAbility to manage high volumes of data entry without sacrificing qualityStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and track multiple workstreams simultaneouslyProactive communication — surfaces issues quickly and clearlyComfortable working within defined processes and escalating when deviations ariseWorking ArrangementsThis is a contract role supporting an active iGRC implementation program. The contractor will report daily to the Compliance Manager and is expected to maintain consistent availability aligned with the core team's working hours. Work will be performed within ServiceNow and supporting collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
