Job Role:- Kinaxis Solution ConsultantLocation:- Phoenix, Arizona USA OnsiteEmployment Type:- ContractDuration of the Project:- 1 year PlusJob Description• To support client in design, development, testing of new business process in supply chain implementation / enhancement projects• To lead implementation, configurations, testing, training, knowledge transfer and documentation activities• To understand current challenges in AS-IS process and propose rapid response solutions based on business requirement• To conduct client workshops & involve in user story collection, requirement gathering• To monitor rapid response automation chains, schedule tasks, and alerts on daily basis in client environments etc.Key skills• Experience as a Solution Consultant or similar role, preferably with expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response• Minimum of 3 or more years of experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization• Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations• Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data setsKey Responsibilities1. To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery2. To support as an SME3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology6. To review project deliverables.7. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
