This position supports the assembly, calibration, and testing of subassemblies and finished products in a fast-paced production environment. The role spans multiple skill levels (II-V), with responsibilities and compensation aligned to experience, technical skill, and demonstrated performance.What You'll DoAssemble, calibrate, and test products using work instructions, BOMs, drawings, and samplesUse hand and power tools, test equipment, and basic production machineryFollow all safety, quality, and labor standardsInspect work to ensure conformance to quality requirementsIdentify and communicate production, quality, or equipment issuesAccurately record time, attendance, and production dataMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsLevel Progression (Based on Skills & Experience)Assembler I: Learns basic assembly operations in 1-2 product areas under direct supervisionAssembler II: Demonstrates improved efficiency, consistency, and task independenceAssembler III: Performs moderate assembly/testing across multiple areas with minimal instruction; obtains solder certificationAssembler IV: Expert in all cell operations; works independently and trains new employeesAssembler V: Leads critical operations, troubleshoots equipment/product issues, and mentors team members; minimum Requirements Required Skills / Experience / Equipment Operation:Must be 18 years of age.Must be a US citizen or have authorization to work in the US issued by the Department of Homeland Security.Minimum of 3 months of service.Physical/Mental Essential Functions:Able to stand or sit for prolonged periods of timeAble to read/speak in English and follow verbal/written instructionsAble to count and sortAble to interact/communicate with respect of fellow co-workers and managementAble to push/pull and reach above shouldersAble to control operation of hand and/or footAble to turn wrist frequently in a repetitive motionAble to lift/carry up to 10 poundsWe believe in transparent and equitable pay.
