Our mission is to ensure the well-being and improve the health outcomes of all tribal members.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Water Systems Director. The Water Systems Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the water systems within the Ute Indian Tribal community in Fort Duchesne, UT. This includes ensuring the quality and safety of the water supply, implementing and maintaining water treatment processes, and managing the water distribution system.QualificationsAnalytical Skills, Information Technology, and Budgeting skillsExperience in team management and project managementStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of water treatment processes and regulationsExperience working in the healthcare industry or with tribal communities is a plusBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
