You will ensure creators are activated, content is published, reporting is accurate, and campaigns run seamlessly from start to finish.In addition to day-to-day execution, this role will also provide hands-on production and operational support for commercial shoots, content days, and marketing activations.This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who is both analytical and creatively inclined, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited to grow within creator-led commerce.What You'll Own1. Affiliate & Creator Program SupportSupport recruitment, onboarding, and management of affiliates and influencersCoordinate product seeding, gifting, and campaign logisticsMaintain creator communication (email, DMs, follow-ups, briefs)Ensure creators have all necessary assets, links, and tracking informationTrack deliverables and ensure timely content posting2. Influencer Campaign & Execution SupportAssist in execution of influencer campaigns from start to finishMaintain campaign trackers (content status, approvals, links, performance)Support content approvals and ensure brand alignmentHelp coordinate contracts, usage rights, and creator paymentsSupport campaign reporting and wrap-up documentation3. Social Media Publishing & Community ManagementOwn day-to-day publishing across TikTok, Instagram, and other social channelsSchedule and post content aligned with content calendar and campaign prioritiesWrite captions, tag products, and optimize posts for engagementMonitor comments and community interactions, escalating as neededHelp maintain a consistent and on-brand social presence4. Performance Tracking & ReportingPull and organize performance data across:Affiliate platformsSocial channelsInfluencer campaignsTrack key metrics including:EngagementConversionRevenue contribution* Build weekly and monthly performance reports* Identify top-performing creators and content trends5. UGC & Content SupportSource, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC)Support briefing creators on content needs and deliverablesMaintain a structured library of high-performing content for reuseSupport whitelisting and paid media teams with content organization6. Creative Production & Shoot SupportProvide hands-on operational support for commercial shoots, campaign days, and content productionsAssist with on-set coordination, including:Product prep and setupProp organizationShot list support and logisticsSupport creative and production teams during photo and video shootsCapture behind-the-scenes content and supplemental photography/video when neededEnsure assets are properly organized and delivered post-shoot7. Light Creative ProductionCreate simple, on-brand graphics using Canva (social posts, stories, campaign assets)Assist with basic editing or resizing of content for social useSupport creation of internal decks, briefs, and campaign materialsEnsure visual consistency across creator and social outputs8.
