Ultrasound TechnologistJoin the Jackson HealthPros team as an Ultrasound Technologist where you'll use your expertise to operate specialized ultrasound equipment to produce high quality images that are used by physicians to diagnose and treat medical conditions.Minimum Requirements:National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer.BLS Certification.Experience performing general abdomen, obstetric, and small parts ultrasound exams, including women's health imaging.Experience working in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting.Ability to operate and verify calibration and operation of ultrasound scanners and related consoles.Experience maintaining infection control and equipment disinfection protocols.Preferred: Experience serving as a trainer or preceptor for ultrasound staff.Assignment DetailsFacility Type: Hospital.Shift Name: Nights.Shift Days: MondayThursday and Friday.Shift Hours: MondayThursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM; Friday: 8:30 AM 3:00 PM.Position Focus: Women's Health Clinic, performing general ab/ob and small parts ultrasound procedures.No nights or weekends required per client notes.Location HighlightsGrand Junction, CO offers access to outdoor recreation and a compact downtown with cultural attractions.
