Site Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD
LOCATION NOTE: This position requires on-site presence at one of our campus locations. Many schools place operations staff behind closed doors, buried in administrative tasks and approval chains. Alpha takes a different approach. This role is front-facing throughout the day: welcoming families at the door, resolving device problems, managing smooth arrival sequences, addressing parent concerns, overseeing vendor coordination, and ensuring the campus environment remains secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. This position suits someone capable of being approachable without compromising standards, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands-on work. You will manage nearly all non-instructional campus operations: family communications, attendance systems, site safety, facility coordination, meal programs, technology devices, scheduled events, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without prompt intervention. You will not be supported by a large on-site operations staff. You will receive documented procedures, centralized remote support, and established protocols, but you must demonstrate quick learning ability, resourcefulness, and sound independent judgment in real time. The long-term benefit is establishing yourself as the dependable authority figure families recognize, Guides turn to for support, and students feel comfortable approaching when resolution is needed. If you are seeking a high-visibility school operations position where customer service, decision-making, communication skills, and accountability are tested daily, submit your application now. What You Will Be DoingServe as the primary reliable contact for families, students, staff members, and campus visitors, delivering clear, composed, and prompt communication.Oversee all aspects of daily campus operations, including morning arrival, afternoon dismissal, attendance tracking, transportation coordination, lunch management, facility presentation, event execution, and maintenance follow-through.Address campus security and student welfare matters, including entry protocols, emergency drills, health-related incidents, incident documentation, and family notifications.Supervise student technology devices and foundational campus IT needs, including device provisioning, user account assistance, issue diagnosis, data backups, repair coordination, and technical escalation to centralized IT support.Cultivate positive working relationships with Guides, external vendors, and families by prioritizing helpfulness while consistently upholding organizational standards. What You Won’t Be DoingOperating from a secluded office while others manage parent interactions and student needs.Delivering classroom instruction, mentoring Guides, or developing educational content.Deferring every decision to a supervisor before taking action.Slowing down campus operations with excessive meetings when immediate solutions are required.Delegating responsibility for facilities, devices, vendor management, or meal programs to others.Site Coordinator Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish a secure, efficient, and inviting campus environment that consistently builds confidence among students, families, and staff members.Basic RequirementsBachelor's degree (field of study not specified)At least 1 year of experience in office coordination, facilities support, site operations, or similar operational rolesComfort with basic technology tasks including device setup, troubleshooting, and account administrationStrong written and verbal communication skills across parents, staff, and vendorsAbility to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detailAuthorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipAvailable to work in-person in one of our campuses: Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Fort Worth, TX (Southlake); Keller, TX (Fort Worth); Austin, TX (Spyglass); Houston, TX (Woodlands); Oklahoma City, OK; Park City, UT; Tulsa, OK; Tampa, FL; Denver, CO; or Brentwood, TN — or willing to relocateAbout AlphaWant to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
