Key Responsibilities:Advise public companies on SEC compliance, corporate governance, and public reporting obligationsHandle capital markets transactions, including public securities offerings and debt/equity market deals. Lead due diligence teams, manage specialists, and draft key transaction documents. Provide strategic guidance on securities regulations and compliance matters. Qualifications:Experience: 2 to 5 years in corporate law, with a focus on securities and capital marketsExpertise: Public company reporting, securities offerings, SEC compliance, and corporate governance.
