You will be working closely with underwriting, various vendors, and stakeholders across the enterprise. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end to end Claims operational processes (FNOL through closure), ensuring consistency, control, and operational excellence across lines of businessIdentify and drive process improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, cost containment, capacity optimization, and improved claim outcomesLead and coordinate cross functional teams across onshore and offshore locations, ensuring clear ownership, execution discipline, and alignment to prioritiesAct as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Actuarial to translate strategy into executable operating modelsPartner with Technology, Data, and vendors to enable standardized workflows, reporting, and automation initiatives supporting Claims modernizationEstablish and track operational KPIs related to productivity, quality, leakage reduction, and service levelsRequired Skills:Insurance Knowledge is must, claims experience is a big plus.Strong background in operations and process optimization.Attentive, quick, and clear communicator who delivers timely responses.
